Qatar Starts Work on $250mn Mesaimeer Tunnel Project

Qatar's public works authority Ashghal has begun work on the QR920-million ($251 million) Mesaimeer Pump Station and Outfall Tunnel project, aimed at providing a sustainable solution to discharge surface and storm water.

 

It is the second phase of the Mesaimeer Surface and Ground Water Drainage Tunnel Project, which will provide a sustainable solution for the discharge of surface and storm water, said a statement from Ashghal.
