Oriana Power Wins Two Orders for Solar Projects

Oriana Power has secured two significant contracts, totaling Rs 134.6 crore for the establishment of solar capacities in Karnataka and Rajasthan.

 

The first order, valued at Rs 100.2 crore entails the construction of a 29 MW captive open-access solar power plant in Karnataka. The EPC contract has been received from a steel company and has a projected completion date of five months, which would cover design, engineering, supply, and installation.

 

The second order has been awarded by a cement company for setting up a seven MW DC solar plant in Rajasthan. Oriana Power is expected to supply auxiliary panels equipped with metering capabilities, as well as execute the work of supply and installation of cables, at an estimated cost of Rs 34.4 crore.
