KOC, KIPIC Sign MoA for Cooperation in the Marine Services Field

KOC and Kuwait Integrated Petroleum Industries Company “KIPIC" signed a 5-year Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) aimed at enhancing joint cooperation in the Marine Services field.

 

The signing took place in the Company's Main Building in Ahmadi, where KOC CEO Ahmed Jaber Al-Eidan and DCEO West Kuwait Fuad Al-Shaikh signed the Memorandum on behalf of the Company, while KIPIC CEO Waleed Al-Bader and Ag DCEO for Al-Zour Operations Khaled Al-Awadhi signed it on behalf of KIPIC.

 

DCEO Admin Qusai Al-Amer, Manager Marine Operations Group Sami Al-Sawagh, and a number of concerned Company employees, as well as a delegation from KIPIC attended the signing event.

 

During the signing, Al-Eidan expressed his thanks and appreciation towards the efforts of the specialized teams on both sides to prepare and review the Memorandum, according to which KOC provides over 21 services in the Marine field to KIPIC, stressing the continuation of this cooperation in the interest of the oil sector.

 

For his part, Al-Sawagh affirmed KOC's readiness to cater to the Marine requirements of all oil sector companies, explaining that this Memorandum is the continuation of a cooperation journey that began in 2006.

 

Al-Bader also spoke, praising KOC's continued support for oil companies, including KIPIC, which he heads.
