Technip Energies Awarded PMC and EPC Agreements by Saudi Aramco

Technip Energies has been awarded two five-year Long-Term Agreements (LTAs) by Saudi Aramco covering front-end engineering, project management consultancy, and engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services for a broad range of energy and industrial projects in the Kingdom.

Under the first LTA, Technip Energies will provide front-end engineering design (FEED) and coordinating project management consultancy (PMC) services for Saudi Aramco’s projects across the energy, downstream, petrochemical and low-carbon sectors.

The scope will support projects from the front-end development stage, providing engineering and project management expertise to help advance strategic developments through the planning and execution phases.

The second five-year LTA covers engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services for brownfield and upgrade projects across Saudi Aramco’s onshore facilities.

The agreement will enable Technip Energies to support the modification, expansion, modernization and upgrading of existing onshore assets, helping Saudi Aramco enhance the performance and capabilities of its operating facilities.

Together, the two agreements provide Technip Energies with a broad scope spanning project development, engineering consultancy, project management, procurement, construction and brownfield execution, strengthening its long-standing relationship with Saudi Aramco.

Technip Energies has maintained a presence in Saudi Arabia since the 1970s, supporting the Kingdom’s energy and industrial development through engineering, technology and project execution capabilities.

The latest agreements are also expected to contribute to Saudi Arabia’s broader energy transition and industrial development objectives by supporting strategic projects across conventional energy, downstream and petrochemical sectors, alongside emerging low-carbon developments.

The awards reinforce Technip Energies’ role as an engineering and project delivery partner to Saudi Aramco and support the Kingdom’s ambitions under Saudi Vision 2030 to diversify its economy, strengthen industrial capabilities and advance energy-sector transformation.
