AGEL Operationalizes 150 MW Solar Power Project at Khavda

Adani Green Energy said its wholly owned stepdown subsidiary, Adani Green Energy Twenty Five C Limited, has operationalized a 150 MW solar power project at Khavda in Gujarat.

According to the company’s exchange filing, the project commenced power generation on May 10, after receiving the required regulatory clearances. With the latest commissioning, Adani Green’s total operational renewable energy generation capacity has increased to 19,735.8 MW.

The company also said its operational battery energy storage system capacity has now reached 1,376 MWh.

The Khavda region has emerged as one of India’s largest renewable energy development zones, with several large-scale solar and hybrid projects under construction or operational across the area.

The latest capacity addition pushes Adani Green closer to the 20 GW operational renewable energy milestone as the company continues expanding utility-scale clean energy infrastructure.
