Resolven Inks Pact with SECI for 180 MW Wind Project in Andhra Pradesh

Resolven has signed a long-term power supply agreement with the Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) to supply electricity from a 180 MW wind energy project to be developed in Andhra Pradesh.

The project will be executed through Resolven’s subsidiary Ganeko Three Energy. The tariff for the agreement has been fixed at Rs 3.68 per unit, and the project is expected to generate around 490 million units (MU) of clean electricity annually. This output is sufficient to power approx. 4.6 lakh households each year while helping reduce nearly 0.4 million tonne of carbon emissions annually, supporting India’s clean energy transition goals.

Company leadership stated that the agreement strengthens its wind energy portfolio and supports its strategy to become a diversified, multi-technology renewable energy player. Resolven currently has over 2.5 GWp under construction and a pipeline of 5.5 GWp, with a long-term target of 10 GWp by 2030.

The project further enhances its execution capability across large-scale renewable assets and contributes to building a more balanced and future-ready clean energy mix in India’s growing renewable sector.
