Gruner Renewable Energy, India’s leading renewable energy company, has recently clinched multiple projects totaling Rs. 15 billion for the establishment of Compressed Biogas (CBG) Plants nationwide, marking a significant milestone within its inaugural year of operation.
This strategic endeavor underscores the firm’s steadfast commitment to propelling growth and innovation in the renewable energy sector while substantially contributing to India’s sustainable development objectives.
In a notable feat, Gruner has successfully secured 11 projects valued at Rs. 11 billion from one of India’s premier business conglomerates, in addition to 19 projects worth Rs. 4 billion from prominent individual business leaders.
The company is set to embark on the development of compressed biogas (CBG) plants across various strategic locations, collectively poised to yield an annual production capacity exceeding 88,000 tons of compressed biogas for the Indian market.
These projects are strategically positioned in key cities such as Ayodhya (Uttar Pradesh), Satna (Madhya Pradesh), Balasore (Orissa), Navsari (Gujarat), Yavatmal (Maharashtra), Vijayawada, and Rajahmundry (Andhra Pradesh), among others.
