HPCL Launches Quality Assurance Campaign

As a part of customer connect program, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd (HPCL) has launched a month-long quality and quantity (Q&Q) assurance campaign titled ‘HP hai Jahan bharosa hai wahan’ at its retail outlets across the country, from today onwards.

 

In the city, the campaign was inaugurated at a retail outlet by Manoj Kumar, deputy general manager Jalandhar retail regional office. A large number of customers, dignitaries, HPCL dealers, and officials were present.

 

The speakers explained the features of the campaign and reiterated HPCL’s commitment towards the quality and quantity promise made to people. The campaign is intended to provide customers a forum to affirm the Q&Q of petrol and diesel sold at the HPCL retail outlets across the country.

 

Arrangements have been made at the petrol pumps for easy hands-on ascertaining of Q&Q aspects of the product, as per the prescribed testing procedure. Customers and other participants, who carry out the testing process of Q&Q of the products, were rewarded 100 pack back points at HP-refuel App. Lucky customers will get five liters of petrol free of cost.
