Smart Automation Energy (SmartAE) said it has signed an agreement with Sharjah Electricity and Water Authority (Sewa) for Burj Al Muhaned Energy Efficiency Retrofit Project, being represented by Al Mudeer Owner Association Management (OAM).
An award-winning energy efficiency partner, SmartAE is a key provider of turnkey solutions for all types of facilities in the hospitality, aviation, healthcare and government sectors.
Its core mission is to deliver sustainable energy efficient solutions and measurable energy cost savings via automated and control systems using energy performance contracts.
The signing ceremony for the energy performance contract was attended by Engineer Afra Al Owais, the Chief Efficienology Officer of Sewa, Feras Al Helo, the General Manager of Al Mudeer OAM, Issa Azar, the CEO of SmartAE and Abdallah Mahmoud, the Commercial Director of SmartAE and other senior executives.
Engineer Afra presented Sewa’s vision, achievements and energy programmes for the emirate to reach its 2020 Vision, promoting clean energy and advancing Sharjah as the City of Conservation.
Azar conveyed his plans of expanding into Sharjah, highlighting the company's aim to support Sewa’s vision to reduce energy costs and consumption, as well as ensuring effective awareness campaigns.
