Elaborate arrangements have been made to ensure sufficient supply of cooking gas in the wake of natural disaster in the Kerala, BPCL Chief General Manager (CGM) P Preethambaran has said.
“Cooking gas, petrol and diesel required in the State are produced by the BPCL at its refinery at Ambalamugal near Kochi. Production and distribution of cooking gas have been stepped up to meet the demand,” the CGM said in a press statement here.
“Besides Thiruvananthapuram and Kochi, LPG plants at five other locations in the State are also used for the time being for the convenience of distribution agencies. Besides BPCL distribution centres, sufficient supply to IOC and HP are also ensured,” the CGM said.
