Natural Gas Distribution Company has appointed Raed bin Mubarak Al Mubarak as the CEO of the company starting from 15 December.
Al Mubarak is succeeding Abdul Rahman bin Rashid Al Balawi, who resigned from his position as the CEO of the firm earlier in October.
The new CEO holds a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from King Saud University and has assumed several executive positions in Saudi public and closed joint stock companies.
It is worth noting that Natural Gas Distribution started trading on the Parallel Market (Nomu) of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) last September.
