Techno Electric & Engineering bags Multiple Contracts Worth Rs 1,750cr

Techno Electric & Engineering Company (TEECL) has been awarded various work orders aggregating to Rs 1,750 crore.

 

Of these, the company has secured transmission order worth Rs 709 crore comprising 765 kV air-insulated substation (AIS) package (substation) for Neemrana-ll from Sterlite for Rs 199 crore, 765kV AIS substation package for setting up of 765,400 kV, 2x1500 MVA at Sikar from Power Grid Corporation of India (PGCIL) for Rs 223 crore.

 

The transmission contract also includes a substation package for 765/400 kV Dausa and extension of 765 kV Beawar from PGCIL for Rs 288 crore.

 

As advance metering infrastructure (AMI), TEECL has received Rs 1,041 crore order from REC Power Development and Consultancy (RECPDCL) for 7.27 lakh smart meters in Kashmir on design, build, finance, own, operate, and transfer (DBFOOT).
