The partnership will offer a comprehensive range of sustainable energy options, including rooftop solar systems, ground-mounted solar or wind power projects, wind-solar hybrid models, and carbon credit solutions. These offerings are tailored to meet the varied energy needs of companies while supporting decarbonization goals.

Founder and Managing Director of CleanMax, Kuldeep Jain, stated, "The partnership...solidifies CleanMax's strategy around global collaborations focused on helping corporations reduce their carbon footprint, while enabling the company to achieve its growth targets in a more capital-efficient manner."

CleanMax, backed by Brookfield, is a leading player in India’s commercial and industrial (C&I) renewable energy sector, with 2.2 gigawatts (GW) of operating, owned, and managed capacity across India, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia as of March 31, 2025.
