ONGC Completes Laying of 1900m of RTPs in Rajahmundry Asset

ONGC has successfully completed the laying of 1900 meters of alternate line pipe material for transportation of produced well fluids and produced water in Rajahmundry Asset. The use of Reinforced Thermoplastic Pipes (RTP) is a world-class technology that is helpful in areas prone to high corrosion.

 

The project involved laying 3 different segments, 2 segments of gas lines in Mori Field and 1 segment of oil line in Gopavaram Field. The assessment of the scope and execution was entrusted to Rajahmundry C&M Section, Engineering Services.

 

This initiative is in line with ONGC's mission to use advanced technology for efficient and sustainable operations.
