Aramco Awards Long-Term EPC and PMC Agreements to Kent

Aramco has awarded Long-Term Agreements (LTAs) and Project Management Consultancy (PMC) agreements to Kent, enabling the global engineering company to participate in future bidding for engineering and project management contracts supporting Aramco’s brownfield developments across the Kingdom.

The agreements position Kent on Aramco’s approved bid panels for potential Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) and Project Management Consultancy (PMC) opportunities related to the expansion, upgrade, and optimization of existing oil and gas facilities.

The agreements were formalized during a signing ceremony attended by senior executives from Aramco and Kent, underscoring the companies’ long-standing collaboration and shared commitment to delivering major energy infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia.

Under the agreements, Kent will be eligible to compete for future brownfield EPC and PMC assignments, providing engineering, procurement support, project management, and consultancy services for Aramco’s ongoing capital investment and asset enhancement programs.

Commenting on the milestone, Iain Eddie, Executive Vice President – EMEA and APAC at Kent, said the agreements represent a significant step forward for the company’s operations in Saudi Arabia and reflect its proven delivery capabilities and long-standing presence in the Kingdom.

He added that, as Saudi Arabia continues to invest in the development of its energy sector, Kent remains committed to delivering safe, reliable, and high-quality engineering and project management solutions that support clients’ long-term objectives.

Saudi Arabia remains one of Kent’s key strategic markets, with the company having supported Aramco for many years across a broad portfolio of engineering and energy infrastructure services.

The latest agreements reinforce Kent’s position within the Kingdom’s energy sector and align with ongoing investments aimed at enhancing the reliability, efficiency, and sustainability of Saudi Arabia’s oil and gas infrastructure.
