Ganesh Laxman Kamble Names as COO – India Operations at Univers – Bazefield

Ganesh Laxman Kamble has joined Univers – Renewables – Bazefield as Chief Operating Officer – India Operations, bringing extensive experience across renewable energy operations, asset management, SCADA, digital transformation, operational excellence, analytics, and technology-led performance management.

In his new role, Ganesh Laxman Kamble will be responsible for driving overall business operations in India, strengthening customer delivery and operational excellence, scaling digital asset performance solutions, and building a high-performing organization aligned with global priorities. His focus will include enhancing customer value through data-driven decision-making, operational efficiency, and robust governance frameworks.

Before joining Univers – Renewables – Bazefield, Ganesh spent nearly 10 years with ReNew, where he held several leadership roles across asset management and renewable energy operations. Most recently, he served as Assistant Vice President, contributing to business and operational priorities in India’s renewable energy.
