Indian Oil (IOCL) Promotes 19 Officials to Senior Management Role

Indian Oil Corporation Limited has carried out a major leadership restructuring by promoting 19 senior officials to the rank of Senior Management Personnel. The appointments were disclosed under SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements, reflecting the company’s effort to strengthen its management structure at a time of rapid business transformation.

The development comes as Indian Oil expands its refining footprint and accelerates its transition towards cleaner energy solutions.

Partial List of key appointments is:

Manas Ranjan Dwibedy has been appointed Executive Director, Health Safety and Environment.

Prakash Abraham becomes Executive Director, Employee Relations.

Sanjib Biswas is named Director, Marketing Operations LPG.

G R K Murthy is appointed Executive Director, Projects.

R R Raje takes charge as Executive Director, Human Resources.

The leadership expansion is part of Indian Oil’s long-term governance strategy aimed at improving execution across refining, marketing and infrastructure projects. The creation of specialized roles, particularly in Hydrotreating and Technical Services, underlines the company’s commitment to cleaner fuel production and its net zero roadmap.

The appointment of new State Heads for Uttar Pradesh and Bihar is expected to strengthen regional operations in two of the company’s most important growth markets.
