Preparatory Works Completed for the Processing Plant at North Jambur Field

In line with the government program and implementing the directives of Deputy Prime Minister for Energy Affairs and Minister of Oil, Mr. Hayan Abdul-Ghani Al-Sawad, and under the direct supervision of Engineer Amer Khalil Ahmed, General Manager of the North Oil Company, engineering and technical staff have completed mechanical, electrical, and preparatory work for the trial operation of the wet oil project at the North Jambur Station. They have also completed the necessary tests of the central and field control and operation systems, under on-site and remote supervision by the Italian company Mendrissi, as part of a dedicated work plan and a specific timetable.

The General Manager indicated that work is proceeding at pace by the company's staff to overcome obstacles, complete civil works, prepare roads, sewers, and regular irrigation canals, and connect the fuel gas system, utilizing the efforts of the company's staff.

The General Manager added that this achievement represents a new tributary to the national economy, adding to the company's series of accomplishments through the implementation of development plans, programs, and projects that reflect the accumulated technical expertise of our engineering and technical staff.
