Cairn Oil & Gas, a Vedanta Group company, has formed a strategic partnership with TechnipFMC to accelerate integrated subsea infrastructure development for deepwater projects in India.

The collaboration aims to enhance efficiency and innovation through TechnipFMC’s expertise in engineering, procurement, construction, and installation. The agreement incorporates integrated front-end engineering and design to optimize project performance using TechnipFMC’s subsea production systems and umbilicals, risers, and flowlines.

The agreement was signed at CERAWeek 2025 in Houston in the presence of Vedanta Chairman Anil Agarwal. Chairman and CEO of TechnipFMC, Doug Pferdehirt, emphasized that early engagement under the iEPCI model would ensure timely execution.
