Vikram Solar bags 397.7 MWp Module Supply Order in Gujarat

Vikram Solar has secured a 397.7 MWp module supply order for NTPC Renewable Energy. Vikram Solar's modules will power a significant portion of the 1,255 MW Khavda solar project in Gujarat, aligning with the domestic content requirement (DCR). These bifacial DCR modules boast a minimum capacity of 540 Wp and meet the stringent ALMM standards.

 

This partnership represents India's solar energy aims and clean energy future, it also underscores Vikram Solar's unwavering commitment to sustainability with high-performance solutions, thus bolstering India's domestic solar manufacturing capabilities.

 

These high-efficiency solar modules are critical to the Khavda project, which has solar, to wind to green hydrogen production eventually planned in the region and its vicinity over the next five years.
