Amplus Solar Plans to Come Up with Distributed Green Hydrogen Projects

Amplus Solar plans to come up with distributed green hydrogen projects by next year, and in pursuit of this, it has already started work on the green hydrogen model. The company supplies solar power by setting up solar projects at customers' premises, as rooftop and ground-mounted, and off-site solar farms.

At present, the company has a portfolio of over 1.9 GW of operational and under construction distributed solar assets in India. When a customer has a requirement for distributed green hydrogen for those customers it plans to set up electrolyzers within their premises, though it will supply electrolyzers from a third party. It expects to have such projects coming up in its offerings.

The Gurugram-headquartered company is a member of the Gentari Group, Malaysia and provides low-carbon energy solutions to industrial and commercial customers.
