Tatweer Petroleum W.L.L, Bahrain received the bidders’ proposal for the project, Directional Drilling and Logging While Drilling Services.
Three bidders have submitted the proposals. Global Oil and Gas firm, Weatherford has submitted the lowest bid price of BHD 34.3 million (USD 91.2 million).
The Contractor’s performance of the Work shall include the supply of equipment, materials and personnel for the provision of Directional Drilling and Logging While Drilling services in support of the Company’s drilling program in the Company’s contract areas in Bahrain.
The Contractor’s performance of the Work shall include the provision of services on a call-out basis for both onshore and offshore wells including Directional Drilling Services, Performance Drilling (downhole motors without directional tools), Measurement While Drilling (MWD), including Gamma Ray, Logging While Drilling (LWD), including Gamma Ray, Resistivity, Density, Neutron, Sonic, Image, DTBB, at-bit Gamma Ray and other LWD services.
The Bidder shall provide all the mandatory equipment including motors, LWD tools & MWD tools and all the mandatory personnel including Directional Drillers, MWD/LWD Engineers, Directional Drilling Coordinator, Well Planner, Geo-steering Engineer and Real Time Data Center Application Engineer.,
Separately, Tatweer Petroleum received the bidders’ proposal for Onshore Drilling Rig Services, as well. Ten Bidders have submitted the proposals. Thailand based Oil and Gas firm, Elite Drilling Company Limited has submitted the lowest bid price of BHD 42.9 million (USD 114.2 million).
Contractor’s performance of the Work includes the supply of the specified number of Drilling Rig (s) with all the associated equipment, personnel, and support for efficient performance of Company’s drilling program consisting of the drilling of various wells in the Company’s contract areas in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Contractor shall mobilize the required Drilling Rig(s) as per the mobilization schedule specified by the tender documents.
