NESR Signs Technology Licensing Agreements with Saudi Aramco

National Energy Services Reunited Corp. (NESR) has signed three technology licensing agreements with Saudi Aramco during the Aramco Upstream Technology Licensing Forum, enabling the company to commercialize the technologies across all countries in which NESR operates.

The agreements mark a significant milestone in NESR’s strategy to accelerate the deployment of advanced energy technologies and strengthen its position as a leading provider of integrated oilfield and energy services across international markets.

Under the licensing agreements, NESR will gain the rights to deploy and commercialize selected Aramco-developed technologies throughout its global operational footprint. The initiative is expected to facilitate wider adoption of innovative solutions designed to improve operational performance, enhance efficiency, and deliver measurable value to energy sector clients.

The licensed technologies will support NESR’s growing portfolio of technology-driven solutions spanning chemicals, water management, production enhancement, and other upstream oil and gas applications. The agreements also reinforce collaboration between NESR and Aramco in advancing innovation and accelerating the commercialization of technologies developed within the Kingdom.

The technology licensing agreements align with broader efforts to promote innovation within the energy sector, support localization of advanced technologies, and create new opportunities for commercial growth across regional and international markets.

Through the commercialization of these technologies, NESR aims to enhance operational efficiencies, improve sustainability outcomes, and provide customers with access to proven solutions that address evolving challenges in the global energy industry.
