Vikram Solar Wins 1 GW Order, Boosts India’s Renewable Energy Push

Vikram Solar has secured a significant contract to supply one gigawatt (GW) of high-efficiency solar modules for large-scale renewable energy projects in India. These advanced solar modules will support projects in Karnataka, Gujarat, and Rajasthan, helping drive the country’s renewable energy transition.
 

The solar modules featured in the contract are Vikram Solar’s Hypersol N-Type TOPCON glass-to-glass modules, with a capacity of 580 Wp and above. These modules are specifically designed for large installations and offer high efficiency, making them an ideal choice for JSW Neo Energy’s renewable energy initiatives in India.

 

The modules will be manufactured at Vikram Solar’s state-of-the-art facilities in Falta, West Bengal, and Oragadam, Chennai, ensuring the highest production standards.
 

Vikram Solar has a cumulative production capacity of 3.5 GW by March 31, 2024. The company has a presence in 39 countries and continues to lead the solar energy market, supplying high-quality photovoltaic modules worldwide.
